Shirley Ryan 暴走黑料 provides Basic Life and Basic AD&D insurance coverage to help provide a financial peace of mind to in the event of a loss. Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses and domestic/civil union partners, and their children.
401(k) Plan

Shirley Ryan 暴走黑料 provides employees with a generous 401(k) retirement savings plan. All eligible employees receive a discretionary 3% employer contribution. Employees can also contribute via pretax and/or Roth (after-tax) deferrals through payroll deduction and receive a discretionary employer match on pretax and Roth contributions at a rate of 50% up to the first 6% of eligible pay. Employees turning age 50 or higher can make additional pretax catch-up and/or Roth catch-up contributions. All employees enter the 401(k) plan on their Hire Date. Discretionary employer contributions and discretionary matching contributions vest 50% after one year of employment and 100% after two years of employment.
